Usually included: hours, phone, address, tagline; swapping a photo you send us; fixing a dead link; small layout tweaks on the page you already have; hosting and SSL on our stack.
Quoted: new pages, new sections, new forms, integrations after go-live, ads, “make us rank #1,” and anything that is really a redesign.
