Glossa.app (Electron + Angular Material) lets field workers document language and culture: culture files, transcription, a workflow that still functions when the pipe is thin.
Companion Android apps distribute translations in low-connectivity regions.
This is mission tech: linguists, Bible translation, low-resource languages. Not a $499 starter site. Not Forma’s homepage pitch.
Why it still matters
We know how to ship tools for people who are not sitting on gigabit fiber. That discipline shows up in Forma’s HTML cache, in preview-first websites, in apps that work offline.
