Rate Schedule
Pricing for website setup, monthly site care, integrations, domains, and billable add-ons. Incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Standard plan
Site care is billed via Stripe subscription after any trial period shown at checkout.
Included in site care — minor updates only
Site care covers minor, routine maintenance only — not unlimited support, project hours, or major changes.
Usually included
- Short copy edits on existing sections (hours, phone, address, tagline)
- Image swaps in existing slots (files you provide)
- Link fixes and URL updates on the live page
- Small layout tweaks within the current single-page structure
- Hosting, SSL on our stack, and template security patches we apply globally
Not included (billable)
- New pages, sections, redesigns, new forms or automations
- Integrations after setup (see below)
- SEO/ad campaigns, lead guarantees, recovery from vendor lockouts
- Domains, email, or systems AltaForma does not control
Hourly rates

Rush / same-day (when accepted): 1.5× hourly rate. Projects over $300 quoted in writing when practicable.

Unless included in your written setup scope, these are in addition to active site care.

Third-party subscription fees (Calendly, Mailchimp, etc.) are paid by you to the vendor.
Integrations
A simple embed is vendor-supplied embed code, link, or iframe — placed without custom server code, APIs, or data sync.

Complex integrations (APIs, webhooks, CRM sync, custom backends): hourly or quoted. Vendor breakage after go-live is billable. We do not monitor third-party services.

Payment terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in Stripe or by written notice
- Add-on invoices due upon receipt
- Site may be paused after 14 days past due
- Setup fee non-refundable once we register a domain, deploy, or spend 2+ hours customizing
